Our ingredients are chosen with exceptional care and their origin inspected. Many of these ingredients are ORGANIC products from the immediate region. “Alp Superior Beef” was raised in the Alpine regions of Tyrol. This exceptional beef is air-aged for 21 days, allowing it to develop a slightly nutty flavor along with extraordinary tenderness. (Supplier: A LA CARTE Meat Specialties – Haiming).

We – under the leadership of our head chef of many years, Mr. Toff – prepare your steak on the grill to the desired doneness, then allow it to rest in a special oven. This gives the meat fibers a chance to relax, preventing release of juices from the meat no matter what the doneness of the steak.
